Hey all,

Your help is needed.  Sarah sent the Prep Rules that we created at the Board meeting, but with a couple of changes that she thought were logical and needed.  She asked us to comment on the rules.  There were only two that gave responses.  I took a copy of the rules to the Regional Congress in Jacksonville, FL and otheres were impressed.
