| print version TIME TO REQUEST JUDGES June 2007
To insure that your meet will have judges send the Request-For-Judge Form (included and on line) and the $3 per judge booking fee by the deadline. Postmarked August 4, 2007.
The Request-For-Judge Form will serve as your contract with NAWGJ to book officials. Changes to the *Request form should be made to Mary Hoagland as soon as possible and no later than 7 days prior to your event. We will use information from the USAG Intent Form to assign the proper rated and number of Judges. I will not be able to contract officials for your meet without the information in written form.
This year there are two intent and request dates. Sarah will compile a master list from the intent forms with estimated numbers, by level, for each meet. Meet Directors will be notified of these estimated numbers soon after the intent date. Non-viable meets are asked to cancel by the seasonal request date. Please notify Sarah Myers and Mary Hoagland in writing of your cancelled event.
Intent Forms are due to Sarah Myers dsedmyers@triad.rr.com by July 16, 2007
NAWGJ assignors will be assigning Judges, for fall in August and spring in December. When assigning judges they will assign the most experienced and closest judges available to your meet. There may be an occasion when judges have to travel in order to spread experienced judges through out the sites. Specific judging requests may be made in writing and will be honored if possible.
Please feel free to contact me if you have questions or concerns Mary Hoagland NC Judging Director
