Re:
Nominations for open NC-USAG board position
Happy New Year to all of us who love gymnastics in
North Carolina!
Do you have days where everything you had planned have to be
re-planned? Today was one for me....and Jack's been having a couple
like that also. I just got an e-mail from him and it looks like the
website is back up. I just had a Hughes satellite dish put in our yard
to bring faster connectivity to the backwaters of Pamlico County. It's
in and my husband's computer is working fine, but mine isn't able to
connect yet.
So still in the dial-up mode:
I would like to place 5 names before you who are interested in serving
gymnastics in North Carolina by being elected to the NC-USAG Board,
finishing Danny Davis' term. Each is a professional member in good
standing. Each would provide unique attributes to the gymnastics
community.
Please make a choice and e-mail to
rhonda.roberts@arapahoe.charter.k12.nc.us with your vote
and professional membership number. Rhonda is the secretary at school,
and she did a great job of sorting votes during the last election. You
may also fax your vote to 252-249-1316, the fax at school....but please
do not use both methods to vote. I will ask Rhonda to reply to each
vote received by saying "Vote Received".
The last day to vote will be Monday, January 7, 2008. We will post
the winner on Tuesday. Our Board meeting will be on Saturday evening
in Charlotte @ International Gymnastics, site of the Judges' Cup Meet.
