MUST BE IN RANK ORDER BY AA SCORES.
Level 10-- in AA rank order with age groups combined

ENTRY
FORMS:
1.
Entry forms & fees are collected by you (or designated person) at
State Meet -- please give out coaches’ handout about this at your
State Meet.
If a qualified gymnast does NOT turn in entry at State
Meet - and you do not know definitely that she will not be going
to Regionals - you must contact the coach ASAP and find out.
Committee penalty for such an occurrence will be effective. Take
alternate's entry and check - but do not guarantee them a
slot.
2. Use
the Regional Entry forms. (Make additional copies before the
meet.)
3.
Use separate entry form for each club for each Level. Name of
meet at the top of form should list the REGIONAL meet that
gymnasts have qualified to compete. Make sure ALL info is filled
out completely.
4.
Denote by star the Level 8 Team members on entry forms.
5.
Complete address & phone number(s) are needed on entry
forms -- including zipcode & area codes and e-mail if available.
BE SURE THAT ALL COACHES and
ATHLTES
USAG #’s ARE FILLED IN!
6.
Entry fees -- $90.00 for Level 8, 9 & 10. Checks are to be made
payable to the Meet Directors as listed in their meet
information. One check per meet per club. No checks
from parents are allowed.
7.
List all petitioning gymnasts on bottom of entry form under
petition section of entry form (see section on petitions).
Additional check will be needed for each additional
petition.
PETITIONS
(only for Level 9 & 10):
1.
Should be mailed to RTCC -- it is the coach's responsibility to
get all information needed for petitions.
2.
Must be RECEIVED by RTCC no later than the WEDNESDAY
after state meet.
3.
Coach should call or FAX RTCC to notify her that a petition is
coming.

4.
List all petitioning gymnasts on bottom of entry form under
petition section.
5.
Fill out Petition Form from Winter Newsletter.
6.
Check for entry fee for petition must accompany petition to
Marian.
She will forward checks for those accepted to Meet Director.
(Checks will be returned if petition not accepted.)
ALTERNATES:
(Level 8)
Gymnasts
who enter a Regional Meet and will not be able to compete --
should notify RACC, RTCC, or RJOCC and SACC immediately so that
the next alternate can be notified.
Individual alternates will be notified, if a scratch occurs, up
until 48 hours before the start of timed warm-ups of the first
competitive session.
Level 8
Team line-ups are to be submitted at the coaches meeting the
evening prior to competition. After this time, team alternates
will be added up to timed warm-ups of the first session.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
If a
state does not have sufficient numbers to fill their assigned
percentage, the Regional Chairman will notify the highest all star
from state meet results to fill available slots.

Individual --261 gymnasts by % from State Meets

will know % number of qualifiers for Level 8 prior to State Meets.

qualifying cut-off date is
