Lots
of Discussion about the Compulsory Meet schedule…
Some
clubs moved to other weekends, we will wait to see how the meet
intents come out to finalize judges. NAWGJ feels that they can
only host 3 meets per day in compulsory season.

Fee for Coaches, Judges & Gymnasts will be determined at a later

North Carolina Coach of the Year
Discussion of the process of selecting the NC Coach of the Year

Nominations will be accepted for the coach of the year and forms
will be emailed out to all professional members by March 1st
of 2011. Nominations will be accepted with a summary of reason
for nomination. Ballots will be accepted prior to and at the
Level 7-10 State Meet.

including changes, to unify the states in the Region.

feel that the new prep program will fulfill the same needs as
those choosing to compete in the AAU Program
State Meet Layouts
Preps
will still be on 2 weekends, will determine what levels will be on
what weekend after optional intents are received.

Jennie will be sending out an email requesting Prep State Meet
Bids.
Next Meeting will be at International for the weekend of
October 15-17.
